Partly designed by poker pro Chris Ferguson, the software platform for the room is completely custom and well liked among players for its animated style. Each player chooses a character when they register (may be changed through account settings) and each character has distinct emotions they can display at the table (happy, angry, sad, etc.) making FullTiltPoker.com unique and original. Apart from graphics, the room offers multi-tabling capabilities as well as a reliable and easy game client to navigate.

One drawback to Full Tilt Poker is the amount of competition at the poker room. Although there are lots of new players on the site at the lower limits, ring games tend to be quite difficult with many savvy players at the tables. Sit and Go tournaments are much easier below the $100 buy in with higher stake SNG tables full of seasoned veterans. Poker newbies are welcome at the site and there are lots of them, but beware of the stiff competition....you've been told!

Full Tilt offers players lots of great promotions and tournaments including a $600 sign up bonus which is one of the largest offered. They also feature a special Full Tilt Online Poker Series comprised of many different tournaments, buy-in's and games much like the WSOP but for FullTiltPoker.com players only. In addition to the bonus and tournaments, the loyalty program also rewards players with merchandise and tournament tickets and is available through the cashier.

Our overall consensus on Full Tilt is that we think it is a great room offering good value when you sign up and has lots to offer in terms of ongoing promotions and rewards. We do however recommend this site to more experienced players rather than players just starting out.
